Open the French doors to the lush courtyard and enjoy the fresh summer breeze.

 

KITCHEN & DINING

 

Feel right at home in the expansive kitchen outfitted with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware needed. 

 

When it’s time to eat, serve your culinary creations at the eight-person table in the dining room. An additional four-person table in the living room provides additional seating for larger groups.

 

BEDROOMS & BATHS

 

This single-story home has four bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests. Three full baths and one half bath are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

The spacious master bedroom offers direct access to the pool, and boasts a king bed, 50” wall-mounted Smart TV (featuring free access to Netflix & Hulu), two arm chairs and a huge walk-in closet. A spa-like en-suite bathroom wows with a vintage clawfoot tub and an opulent walk-in shower.

 

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill (en-suite) bathroom outfitted with a walk-in shower, and separate vanity area.

 

The fourth bedroom offers a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a desk for those needing to catch up on work.

 

Two cot size rolling foldable beds can be placed anywhere preferred for the 9th and 10th guest.

 

OUTDOOR AREAS

 

Step outside to your private tropical paradise. Float in the 4-6’ deep heated pool surrounded by huge palms then stretch out on four loungers and soak up the Florida sunshine.

 

Relax in the beautifully maintained yard amidst the lush landscape. Sip crisp drinks at the umbrella-shaded six-seat patio table while supper sizzles on the gas grill.

This home includes parking for up to four cars in the driveway. No garage access.

 

ADDITIONAL HOME NOTES:

1- The home has two (2) cot size (31.5” x 75”) folding beds for the 9th & 10th guests. These beds can be placed anywhere in the home.

2- Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 25 years old

3- Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced. No noise outside after 10pm.

4- There is an outdoor camera at the front door facing out, and a noise monitoring device inside the home that measures decibels (It does not record sound).

 

5- Check-in time is after 4pm. Check-out time is by 10am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and to an additional fee.

 

6- Signing our Rental agreement and Pool Waiver is required for al stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

 

FREE TRANSPORTATION TO BEACH & POINTS OF INTEREST (Details on how to use these programs will be sent to confirmed reservations)

FREEBEE:

The city of Delray is currently offering an on-demand free transportation program. Freebee, a South Florida-based electric transportation company, will provide the service with GEM (Global Electric Motorcars), which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles. Guests can request a ride through the Freebee app anywhere in the downtown service area which includes our property. Riders of the fixed route can also track the vehicles through the Freebee app.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
