KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for home cooking. BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, including two with en-suite baths. The primary suite opens directly to the pool and includes a king bed, office nook, pool-view seating, and a spa-style bath with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The second suite also features a king bed and en-suite bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Bedrooms three and four share a hallway bath; bedroom three has a king bed, while bedroom four includes a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk—perfect for families. All bedrooms offer Smart TVs with cable, and all bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries.

 

 

EXTRA AMENITIES

Two work areas are available to staying in touch virtually.  One located in the living room and another in the master suite.  Blazing fast internet speed (230 MBPS download speed) and 2 Google Wi-fi routers guarantee excellent coverage throughout the property. 

 

For beach fun we offer beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler and beach toys.

 

Other guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of snacks & beverages, complimentary toiletries, Cable TV, pool toys,  Double Washer/Dryer.

 

Parking is ample, with a garage that fits 2 cars for those that prefer secure parking, and a private driveway that accommodates up to 2 more cars.

 

THINGS TO NOTE:

Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.

Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed. 

There is a max of 10 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 14 guests allowed at any other time.

Signing our Rental agreement and Pool Waiver is required for al stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

 

AREA HIGHLIGHTS

Almost too many to list, guests will never run out of things to do on Singer Island!  Ocean Reef Park beach is just a 5-7 min walk away and offers free parking.  Phil Foster Park, named one of the best dive sites on the planet by Sport Diver Magazine, is a short 1.5 miles from the home. Nature lovers and bird watchers will love John D. MacArthur Park’s ecological wonders.  Peanut Island is a local favorite that offers boating, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming in crystal clear lagoon-like waters.  Scuba diving lessons, kayaking, jet-skiing, boat rentals, catamaran rides, and eco-tours are also located just minutes away.

 

For those traveling to the area by boat, there are two marinas less than 3 miles away offering daily slip rentals, as well as several free boat ramps on the island.  And Phil Foster Park, located just 1.5 miles away is one of the top 10 diving sites in the United States.  

  

And for those who need some indoor therapy, Palm Beach’s famed Worth Avenue and West Palm Beach’s Rosemary Square are just a short car ride across the causeway bridge.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
