Kitchen ingredients provided: Ground coffee (classic/decaf), sugar, creamer, snacks (for the first night), olive oil, vinegar, salt/pepper, and other spices.

The living room features a sofa bed, ottoman with storage, and a 55" TV with Remote Control, Blue-Ray DVD player, basic cable that allows you to watch videos, and listen to music on the TV from apps on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

Smoking Charges: This property is non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in your non-smoking accommodation, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your airbnb account, plus applicable taxes. This is a residential and very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a 5 min walk to Bryant Park for a walk alongside the Inter Coastal, or a 10 min bicycle ride to the beach crossing the bridge to Lake Worth Pier and Casino with all its restaurants. The beautiful Historic Downtown Lake Worth with Starbucks and lots of restaurants is only 0.5 miles away.
